Diversity, Equality, and Inclusivity

Joliet Junior College gained national attention for its workplace and diversity initiatives. The college was recently recognized as a 2022 Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges by the publication Diverse: Issues in Higher Education and the National Institute for Staff and Organization Development (NISOD). Last year, JJC received the national Award for Excellent in Advancing Diversity by the American Association of Community Colleges, and for the last couple of years has made the top employer list by online job board DiversityJobs.
